The Opportunity We’re looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to lead and scale our use of HubSpot across the HORECA channel. This role will drive customer growth, improve sales productivity, and unify marketing and sales through a single customer view. Lead CRM strategy and optimisation of HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise Own and maintain a unified customer database across marketing and sales Consolidate tools into HubSpot to streamline execution Build and optimise automated lifecycle journeys (onboarding, events, remarketing, retention) Partner with HORECA Sales to translate field activity into scalable CRM programs Deliver campaigns across landing pages, email, and paid/social channels Develop dashboards and reporting on performance, ROI, and attribution Drive CRM adoption, training, and ongoing optimisation What you’ll bring 5+ years in CRM/Marketing Automation with strong HubSpot experience Proven ability to build lifecycle programs that drive acquisition and retention Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills FMCG or HORECA experience highly regarded Why Noumi?
