Description

A CRM Telesales Executive focuses on reaching out to potential or existing customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms, using the company’s CRM system to track interactions and sales progress. The goal is to generate leads, convert them into sales, and maintain strong customer relationships.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Comfortable making 90% of work calls.
  • Basic computer and CRM software skills.
  • Persuasive and confident on calls.
  • Prior telesales or call center experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, polished, and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospects or existing customers from the CRM database.

  • Handle customer objections and provide product/service information.
