ABOUT US:

Bright Balustrading is a well-established Sydney-based company operating across fabrication, site measurement, installation, and CRM-integrated processes. We’re launching our custom-built CRM and mobile app system and are looking for a tech-savvy support assistant to help us maintain and enhance the platform over time.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an ideal opportunity for an international student or part-time developer with experience in web and mobile technologies. You’ll work closely with our senior developer and business manager to monitor performance, apply updates, fix minor issues, and keep our systems running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain CRM and mobile app health (React, Node.js)
  • Make minor updates and UI/UX improvements
  • Assist with testing, logs, alerts, and user onboarding
  • Coordinate with main developer for major customizations
  • Manage bug fixes, real-time tracking, and SMS delivery issues
