JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly experienced CRM Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, Enterprise CRM Modernization, and experience working across Salesforce and other CRM platforms. This role requires hands-on solution design skills and the ability to drive end-to-end architecture and implementation of enterprise CRM solutions for complex client environments.
The ideal candidate will not only deliver client-specific solutions but will also play a pivotal role within Techwish’ S Enterprise Solutions & Integration Practice, contributing towards building Accelerators, Frameworks, Reusable Assets, and Best Practices to drive delivery excellence and faster time-to-market across engagements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

• 15+ years of overall experience in CRM implementations.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE – Sales, Service, Field Service.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP Integration – D365 F&O, SAP, Oracle.
• Strong Azure Cloud Architecture – Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management.
• Hands-on .NET / C# / Power Platform development experience.
• Multi-CRM knowledge – Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud exposure.
• Integration skills using Mulesoft, SSIS, Azure Data Factory.
• Power Platform expertise – Power Apps (Canvas, Model), Power Automate, Plugins, ALM.
• Strong experience in developing or using CI/CD Pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in Agile Delivery Models with Jira, Azure Boards, and client collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of Industry frameworks and compliance - GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS etc.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead solution design and architecture for Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Field Service) integrated with ERP (D365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle) and other core enterprise systems.
• Architect integration strategy using Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management), MuleSoft, SSIS, Azure Data Factory for seamless CRM-ERP-Data integrations.
• Collaborate with Practice Teams to build CRM Accelerators:*
• Prebuilt industry-specific data models for Banking, Credit Unions, Retail, Healthcare etc.
• Reusable components for Lead to Cash, Case Management, Fraud Detection, Loan Origination, Onboarding flows etc.
• Pre-configured CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for Dynamics 365 & Power Platform deployments.
• Design and build Power Platform assets – Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, Custom APIs, and AI-enabled customer interaction models.
• Provide strategy and guidance on multi-CRM environments (Dynamics 365 & Salesforce), including coexistence and data synchronization patterns.
• Drive reusable design templates, code libraries, and documentation to enable faster delivery in future projects.
• Lead client discovery workshops, solution blueprinting, technical governance, and solution walkthroughs with business and IT stakeholders.
• Work closely with Delivery Teams and Practice Leadership to evolve Techwish’ S go-to-market offerings for Dynamics 365 and CRM Modernization.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES WITHIN PRACTICE:

• Build & Maintain Techwish CRM Accelerators & Frameworks Repository.
• Contribute to Practice reusable assets like API Catalog, Deployment Templates, Prebuilt Flows.
• Define best practices, solution blueprints, and technical architecture standards.
• Participate in internal practice trainings, mentoring junior team members.
• Support Pre-sales solutioning and RFP responses with Solution Architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Integration, Data, AI/ML) to create unified enterprise offerings.
