Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and technically curious individual to join our team as a CRM Systems Assistant. This is an entry level role ideal for someone early in their career and looking to gain practical experience across a range of systems used to support global customer operations.
The role will focus on providing day to day support, monitoring, and maintenance of our core Customer Experience platforms, such as Oracle Service Cloud (CRM), RingCentral, social media management tools, and emerging AI-powered technologies. Working closely with cross functional teams, you’ll help identify opportunities for automation, assist in system configuration, and contribute to data analysis efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive attitude toward improving systems and experiences.
This role is offered as part of the Applications Support Lead Apprenticeship (Level 4), which will be delivered remotely by an accredited training provider. The apprenticeship is designed to provide structured, on-the-job learning alongside practical experience supporting customer-facing platforms and systems. This is a permanent position which will continue beyond the completion of the course.
