Description:

CRM ASSISTANT

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Assistant to join our vibrant CRM team. This role involves supporting the execution of compelling email, SMS and push campaigns targeted to specific audience segments. You will support the planning, development and execution of our CRM and email marketing programs, while also providing valuable support to BrandAlley’s broader marketing channels as required.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the day-to-day planning and management of Email, SMS, and Push campaigns.
  • Learn how to effectively build, test and deploy campaigns against defined targeted segments, aligning to calendar requirements.
  • Support onboarding of new templates and help optimise current templates as required.
  • Work closely with the CRM Executives and CRM Manager to execute a robust CRM strategy.
  • Generate and analyse regular and ad-hoc campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Maintain and update reporting dashboards.
  • Support the execution of campaigns by writing briefs and capturing feedback.
  • Support the team with monitoring trends and industry best practice, suggesting improvements to campaigns based on industry insights.
  • Support the CRM and wider marketing team with ad-hoc requests as needed.
