THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Assistant to join our dynamic Skincare & Wellness CRM team. You’ll support the CRM Manager in end-to-end planning and execution of global CRM communications across multiple brands and markets with the aim to drive consumer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of engaging CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, etc.).
  • Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Digital, Analytics) to coordinate campaign assets and timelines.
  • Help CRM Manager to monitor campaign performance and provide weekly insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Support testing strategies (A/B testing, deliverability, personalisation).
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends and best practices, particularly within the skincare and wellness industry.
