CRM Assistant – Munich

The Role:
As a CRM Assistant for UGG, you will manage and oversee various CRM initiatives, ensuring brand identity is consistently portrayed throughout marketing communications. You will work closely with internal and external teams to create compelling email campaigns, support database growth, and provide insightful reporting and analytics.
The ideal candidate will be a talented and passionate individual with an understanding of how to engage our Munich market via email and owned channels.
This role will be based out of our Munich office and will be required to be on site in the office 2-3 times per week.

Your Impact:

  • Work with brand on copy creation and submit translations
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies
  • Collaborate with trade team on product selections and links
  • Partner with design team on email creation and approval
  • Create and build email campaigns in Cordial
  • Schedule and report on campaign performance
  • Ensure brand identity is portrayed throughout marketing communications
  • Support CRM Specialist in defining regional monthly marketing calendar and briefs
  • Achieve database growth targets
  • Create and present presentations for reporting and updates
  • Generate monthly CRM reports and present findings in team meetings
  • Conduct monthly competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proactively share insights with the team
  • Update welcome codes monthly and seasonal imagery for automated emails
  • Own monthly team meetings alongside other assistants
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes, suggesting best practices
  • Create A/B testing plans to ensure industry best practices are followed
  • Support other brands during absences and holidays
  • Apply CRM best practices across all areas, always seeking new ideas to improve processes, emails, and communications
