The Opportunity:
Having quickly grown to be the UK’s no. 1 care marketplace and operating software, Lottie is looking to hire an ambitious and hands-on CRM Executive. You will report directly into Lottie’s CRM Lead - and will be given high autonomy to build, execute, and optimise data-driven campaigns that engage and nurture our B2C and B2B audiences. You will help design automated journeys that improve customer engagement, drive conversions, and enhance the overall customer experience for families, care providers, and partner organisations

Lottie’s Interview Process

  • Final in-person interview with Will Donnelly (Lottie’s Co-Founder & CEO).
