We are on the lookout for a CRM Automation Manager to join our CRM Department. Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimize automated communication flows for the entire client lifecycle — from registration and first deposit to churn prevention and reactivation. Develop onboarding and welcome journeys across multiple channels (email / push / SMS / in-app). Implement reactivation campaigns and hidden flows for different stages. Conduct A/B tests to improve funnel conversion rates and reactivation effectiveness. Perform post-campaign analysis, build dashboards, and automate reporting and trigger logic. Generate insights and growth hypotheses based on client behavior and conversion analytics. 2+ years of experience in CRM automation or marketing automation. Proven experience with trigger-based lifecycle campaigns. Strong understanding of event-driven logic, segmentation, and automation systems (Smartico, FastTrack, Customer.io, Optimove etc). Solid analytical skills, proficiency with Looker / Tableau or similar BI tools. Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Content/Design teams to ensure cohesive execution.
