We are currently looking for a CRM Business Analyst (Mid) – an exciting opportunity to build innovative solutions in an hybrid position based in San Pablo. Key Responsibilities Process & Data Modeling: Design CRM workflows using BPMN/UML, mapping business processes to Dynamics 365 entities and relationships. Functional Design & Testing: Create functional specifications, user stories, and test cases; validate features and support UAT. Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and identify improvement opportunities. Recommend and implement process optimizations through Dynamics 365 CRM. Solution Design: Partner with Product Owners to define the CRM roadmap and design solutions aligned with business goals. Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor, providing CRM best practice guidance. Facilitate workshops and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Change Management & User Adoption: Support change initiatives to promote CRM adoption. Coordinate training and provide continuous user support. Project Leadership: Lead CRM implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks. Ensure project delivery meets quality and stakeholder expectations. Requirements Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in CRM consulting or business analysis roles, preferably with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and translate business requirements into CRM solutions that drive value. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project delivery from initiation to closure. Change management expertise, including experience in driving user adoption and managing organizational change. Relevant certifications or training in CRM consulting, business analysis, project management, or change management are advantageous. Experience in agile environment.
