REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically curious CRM Campaign Junior Specialist to support the execution and optimisation of client communications across our marketing automation platforms, primarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Braze.
This is a hands-on role critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple channels and markets. You will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager and cross-functional teams to build and optimise campaigns that engage clients and drive business outcomes.

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM

Reporting directly to the Senior CRM Manager, you will play a vital role in the engagement of IG clients and its coming products for the Singapore market.
We have big expansion goals, and your insights and creativity will shape the way we communicate with traders and investors, supporting both acquisition and retention efforts for IG in Singapore.

What you’ll do - Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Build & Deployment Set up, QA, and deploy campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels using SFMC and Braze.Work with templates, content blocks, and audience lists to ensure accurate personalisation.
  • Data & Automation Manage data extensions, imports, and automations in SFMC; audiences and segments in Braze.Monitor campaign performance, bounce rates, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Testing & QA Validate targeting rules, opt-outs, and conduct cross-device and client testing.Flag deliverability or performance issues for resolution.
  • Collaboration & Support Partner with the Senior CRM Manager to deliver lifecycle journeys and new product rollouts.Provide ad-hoc support for marketing campaigns when needed.
  • Reporting & Optimisation Extract and prepare weekly campaign performance reports for stakeholders.Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and optimise CRM journeys.
