CRM Campaign Manager – HOKA

The Role:
As a CRM Campaign Manager for HOKA and Teva in Europe, you will lead the execution of data-driven, brand-enhancing CRM campaigns across our key European markets. This role combines strategic planning and operational execution, using platforms like Cordial and Amperity, to deepen customer relationships, increase repeat purchases, and grow lifetime value (LTV). You will own your brand’s campaign calendar and manage team members to ensure excellence in delivery.

Your Impact:

  • Own the CRM campaign calendar for either Teva or HOKA across European markets
  • Lead the planning, briefing, QA, and deployment of email, SMS, and app push campaigns
  • Ensure each communication reflects the brand voice and drives both engagement and conversion
  • Build and optimize lifecycle journeys: welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, lapsed, VIP
  • Use segmentation and behavioural triggers to personalize communications
  • Apply insights to increase retention and average order frequency
  • Line manage 3-4 CRM Executives, supporting workload prioritization, QA, and development
  • Foster a high-performance culture, sharing CRM best practices and mentoring junior talent
  • Partner with Brand and Creative teams to translate storytelling into impactful CRM moments
  • Work with eCommerce and Trade teams to align on key product, seasonal, and promotional focuses
  • Liaise with local market teams to localize content and optimize send strategy
  • Monitor CRM KPIs (OR, CTR, CVR, revenue, unsub rate) and own campaign reporting
  • Use Cordial and Amperity to build segmentation, track performance, and refine journeys
  • Recommend test-and-learn opportunities (subject lines, content, timing, offers)
