Description

Rabot Energy is an  independent provider of dynamic electricity tariffs with 100% renewable energy . Our innovative purchasing strategies ensure both  ecological sustainability  and  cost optimization  in home energy management. By passing on the best wholesale electricity prices to our customers, we can reduce their electricity bills by an average of 35%. Owners of electric vehicles and smart meters can particularly benefit from our dynamic electricity tariff, as they can automatically charge their vehicles at home when wholesale electricity prices are especially low. Our  Rabot Energy app  allows users to easily set charging preferences and track current wholesale electricity prices. With our intelligent charging solutions, we actively contribute   to increasing the share of renewable energy in Germany's total electricity consumption . Our vision is to empower every customer to intelligently manage their energy consumption while conserving the environment and resources.  By offering smart charging and energy management, Rabot Energy actively contributes to driving the  energy transition  . We have already convinced over 100,000 customers with our concept.

Why now?

The energy market is undergoing its biggest transformation in 50 years. We're no longer just managing electricity; we're making it intelligent. RABOT is experiencing triple-digit growth. We have the product, we have the market fit; now we need you to get the engine running at full speed. We're not looking for administrators, we're looking for architects of our growth.

Our CRM setup is already in place – but much of it is still manual: campaigns are set up by hand, automated trigger journeys are missing, and reporting is done in Excel instead of being automated. This is exactly where you come in: you take over the existing setup and transform it into an automated, scalable CRM engine – instead of starting from scratch.

Your mission

You will be responsible for operational campaign management and drive the automation of our CRM. You will set up, segment, target, and test (A/B) email campaigns – and gradually transform today's manual processes into automated trigger journeys.

In parallel, you'll take our reporting to the next level: moving away from manual data entry in Excel and towards automated analyses using tools and BI. You'll work closely with marketing, data, and tech teams, prioritizing the biggest automation opportunities and gradually taking on more responsibility for optimization and automation decisions.

Your results

We think in terms of results, not to-do lists. If you're successful, it looks like this:

Month 3 (Ramp-up)

  • You have fully understood and taken over the existing campaign setup.
  • You have documented the current manual processes (campaign setup, triggers, reporting) and prioritized specific automation candidates with the Senior CRM Manager.
  • You independently set up and managed your first campaigns.

Month 6 (Performance)

  • At least two to three key trigger journeys (e.g., welcome, reactivation, churn prevention) are automated and live.
  • Campaign reporting is automated from the tool and BI.
  • You will independently handle the operational campaign management: setup, segmentation, control, A/B testing.

Month 12 (Scale)

  • Campaign management is largely automated; manual steps are reduced to a minimum.
  • There is a demonstrable increase in efficiency (time savings, higher campaign frequency) and continuously improving key performance indicators (open rate, click rate, conversion rate).
  • You actively drive optimization and automation decisions in CRM.

Who we are looking for

  • Tool expert: You have practical experience with a CRM/marketing automation tool (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and implement campaigns yourself instead of just briefing agencies – with around 3–5 years of experience.
  • Campaign Manager: Email campaigns are your craft – setup, segmentation, control, A/B testing and reporting along the KPIs (open, click, conversion rate).
  • Automation Engineer: You have already transformed manual campaign processes into automated trigger journeys and automated reporting – that's exactly your leverage here.
  • Structured & independent: You work in a structured and independent manner in your daily business and do not wait for complete briefings.
  • Analytical: You can confidently read campaign KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Language: German at native speaker level (at least C1) in spoken and written form.
