Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Campaign Manager to join our Engagement Marketing team. This individual contributor will report to the CRM Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive email, SMS and direct mail marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Management Assist in execution of comprehensive email, SMS, and direct mail marketing campaigns from planning and setup to deployment, testing, and analysis Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including audience segmentation, A/B testing configuration, deployment scheduling, and performance monitoring Build and implement e-newsletters Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards Participate in relationships with third-party vendors used to execute campaigns Collaborate closely with content creators and graphic designers to integrate pre-written copy and approved visual assets into campaigns for optimal deployment Work with the Content Director and Brand Strategy teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives Partner with the CRM Director and Digital Strategy teams to support broader marketing initiatives Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates Generate and present detailed reports to track progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations Support the implementation of new CRM technologies and processes as directed by management Assist with database management, list hygiene, and segmentation strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing Proficiency with marketing automation platforms. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
