Job Description Creates customer-centric communications and the execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, and reactivation across the markets Sets up manual & automated mailings and push notifications to ensure every touchpoint aligns with customer needs and supports the strategic vision. Leverage state-of-the-art development and testing approaches, combined with modern technology, to ensure that campaigns are constantly improving and meeting business objectives. Creates engaging and relevant content for direct marketing initiatives to existing customers to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Implementation of Central CRM campaigns (Push Notifications, Newsletters) Monitors campaign performance to ensure consistency, streamline monitoring and leverage insights for impactful interactions and knowledge sharing Benchmarking, providing new ideas for touchpoints in A/B test scenarios Aligns with other functions e.g., Campaigns & Promotions, CRM, Own Brand Food acceleration, and others within the company. Qualifications First experience in Marketing Automation and CRM experience BSc+ degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, tech, or related field. Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers and driving Campaigns Fluent in English, and French at a fluent level (B1-B2) Additional Information With more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 10 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
