WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

As our CRM Campaigns Manager, you’ll be responsible for building the value of our customer database through effective CRM and data management. This includes leading the planning, development and implementation of our email, SMS, web and app push notification marketing campaigns through a combination of strategic thinking, customer insight and technical know-how.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Lead the CRM strategy, driving traffic to our websites and apps to unlock our database value through creative, insight-led campaigns using targeting, messaging, sending strategy, personalisation and template development.
  • Work closely with our customer data team to identify and build segments and audiences, uncover actionable insights, and continuously refine strategies through a test-and-learn approach.
  • Lead on the planning and activation of the CRM calendar, delivering personalised, impactful campaigns across email, web push, app push and SMS, collaborating across teams to align CRM plans with trading objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a Senior CRM Executive, responsible for the delivery of the CRM campaigns plan. Act as cover when the Senior CRM Executive is away.
  • Develop a consistent measurement approach and deliver regular reporting to help improve performance.
  • Work closely with the CRM Automation & Lifecycle Manager to ensure the CRM calendar compliments our automated programmes.
