This is a Fixed term 12 month maternity cover post. The CRM Campaigns Officer supports the implementation of LSE’s new student recruitment strategy. This strategy sets out the School’s commitment to attracting a wide range of applicants from a broad range of markets and backgrounds.
The priority for this role will be to deliver the objectives outlined in the new strategy, driving high-quality applications from a wider range of markets whilst capitalising on the capabilities of the organisation’s Salesforce CRM. The postholder will be responsible for the operation of Student Marketing’s Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM system throughout the student journey, from enquirer to offer holder, to enable the generation of prospective students (leads) and driving conversion. The role is also responsible for enhancing communications within the Division, and will support the achievement of the School’s targets for widening access to Home students as part of the Access and Participation Plan.
