THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

We’re looking for a dynamic marketer with a proven track record in CRM and campaign management. You’ll bring fresh ideas, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering customer-centric marketing.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • The ability to work closely with different business stakeholders to deliver multiple communications requirements at the same time
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Stensul, AEM, Salesforce, and Microsoft Customer Voice is desirable
  • Proficiency in building and troubleshooting HTML and CSS email templates
  • Experience using Pencil AI for creative development preferred

Responsibilities

As our CRM & Communications Manager, you’ll be supporting email marketing initiatives to create attractive content that drives brand awareness, customer retention, and our strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with marketing leaders, Take Payments stakeholders and creative professionals to research and create attractive digital marketing content as well as service led communications
  • Helping to plan and deliver efficient and engaging email communications via multiple channels
  • Leveraging email communities, digital media partners and advanced marketing techniques to produce high quality content, drive traffic, and generate customer leads
  • Analysing content performance metrics and improving email content effectiveness and experiences across our digital marketing channels and campaigns
  • Reviewing and making sure that email campaigns comply with applicable laws, regulations and policies
