As our CRM Coordinator, you’ll support this work by executing and refining email campaigns and flows, setting up tests, managing audiences, and helping us optimise how we communicate with our customers. You’ll get hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo and Segment, while working with a team that values innovative insight, collaboration and trying something new.
This role will be in the marketing team and reporting to the CRM lead. The role requires cross-team collaboration and communication (working with creative, data, tech and marketing teams), so you’ll need to feel comfortable working cross-functionally and keeping things moving. The ideal working style for this role is detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven. You’ll be managing multiple campaigns and tasks at once, so strong organisation and good communication are key.
