This role blends hands-on CRM execution with data-driven analysis to optimize customer engagement, retention, and loyalty performance. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining campaigns and automations in Klaviyo, ensuring flawless execution, and transforming customer and campaign data into actionable insights that drive smarter marketing decisions. Responsibilities: CRM Campaign Execution & Automation Build, QA, and schedule email and SMS campaigns across multiple audiences and segments in Klaviyo. Create and maintain automated lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment, etc.). Support segmentation setup and maintenance based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement. Manage coupon and offer setup for promotional and loyalty campaigns. Coordinate with design and copy teams to upload final creative assets and ensure flawless rendering and personalization. Support integrations and webhooks between CRM and connected tools (e.g., Yotpo, JustUno, loyalty platforms). Build pop-ups and onsite capture forms in Klaviyo and JustUno based on campaign designs. Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain reports on CRM KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, retention, unsubscribe rate, etc.). Design and update dashboards in BI or visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio) for transparent performance tracking. Analyze campaign and automation results to identify optimization opportunities. Segment and analyze customer data to support lifecycle strategies and loyalty initiatives. Conduct A/B testing for campaigns and flows, summarize learnings, and provide actionable insights. Monitor data integrity and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer lists and attributes. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in CRM operations, data analysis, or lifecycle/email marketing (internship experience welcome). Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts). Experience with CRM/ESP tools (Klaviyo strongly preferred). Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a passion for testing and optimization. Comfortable working with data, audience segments, and performance metrics. Excellent organizational and communication skills — able to explain insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience in eCommerce or the beauty/wellness industry. Familiarity with Yotpo, JustUno, or other retention and loyalty tools.
