Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a CRM Coordinator to join our Customer and Online – Digital Marketing team. In this role, you’ll coordinate and deliver end-to-end email marketing campaigns – from briefing and design, through to workflow builds, deployment, and post-campaign reporting.
Working closely with our CRM Lead, you’ll take campaign strategies and bring them to life, collaborating with teams across the business to deliver impactful, on-brand communications that drive engagement and sales.
This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week based at our Chadstone Support Office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Plan, build, and deploy CRM and eDM campaigns to meet business and customer goals
  • Work with internal teams and agencies to develop creative and messaging
  • Use marketing automation tools and Photoshop to design and execute campaigns
  • Monitor performance and share insights to inform future strategies
  • Ensure campaign content meets legal requirements, including the Spam Act
  • Support process improvements to increase CRM program effectiveness
