Responsibilities
  • With your knowledge, you are actively supporting the company in successfully usage Salesforce technology & implement improvements (adaptations, new features & process flows)
  • You give support in projects linked to your domain and the rest of our existing digital platforms, including the preparation & execution of test scenarios and go-live communication
  • You contribute to the development of the technical architecture, contribute to the definition of the future roadmap for both new features and incremental improvements.
  • You provide shared service support via a service desk (L1 & L2), as well as give training to the local markets worldwide. These topics include a wide variety of tasks including user management, report creation, issue management, data management and cross-market communication
  • You regularly update, maintain, and clean CRM databases for accuracy and compliance
  • You build strong relations with various stakeholders in sales & marketing to understand the needs, share best practices to increase adoption and identify potential improvements for the future developments.
  • You document clearly the implementations and best practices
