(Join us and reach yours!) Job Description This role is based in our Menara Skymind office. We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Analyst to join our Intelligence & Advisory business unit. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and quality of our CRM database through systematic data acquisition, processing, and validation activities. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Quality Assurance Acquire and cleanse data from CRM systems to ensure high quality and accuracy Validate incoming data to meet established standards and criteria Conduct comprehensive data profiling to identify and resolve data integrity issues Identify, troubleshoot, and correct data anomalies and discrepancies in the CRM Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, extraction processes, and flow diagrams Technical Operations Leverage ETL & AI tools for data acquisition, processing, and ingestion Schedule and manage data acquisition to ensure timely data availability Lead and manage some data maintenance projects for the CRM independently Stay current with evolving tools and best practices in data sourcing, processing and content preparation, including AI-driven solutions Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align data gathering efforts with business needs Work closely with Research & Analytics to support data acquisition for various projects Partner with Data Engineering to promote scalability and process efficiency Build collaborative relationships with Intelligence & Advisory colleagues, vendors, and tech experts Become a trusted partner of the sales teams to ensure the CRM continues to be an accurate tool for sales success Process Improvement & Compliance Proactively detect and manage risks impacting deliverables and timelines Ensure adherence to research methodologies and compliance standards Communicate with leadership to share insights, suggest improvements, and support operational excellence Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in data sourcing, acquisition, or related research roles. Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and quality validation, ideally in Salesforce. Familiarity with data visualisation platforms like Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and strong focus on data accuracy.
