JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a CRM Data Contractor to provide self-service reporting and data-driven recommendations. This role is responsible for analyzing campaign performance across email, direct mail, and website channels to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the CRM team and cross-functional partners across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for turning data into actionable insights, expert-level SQL skills, and experience manipulating data in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and Tableau Desktop. Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a continuous improvement approach to processes and reporting are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery or SAS Enterprise Guide preferred) and experience with reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (preferably GA4) or similar web analytics platforms.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau Desktop, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of statistical techniques and advanced mathematical skills.
  • Website tagging knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESPs.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Online industry or travel experience.
  • Experience with A/B testing and marketing funnel analysis.

Responsibilities
