  • Systems Integration: Partner with IT and business teams to integrate CRM data with systems such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and business intelligence platforms
  • Analytics & Insights: Prepare CRM datasets for use in business intelligence tools and AI platforms; support reporting and visualization needs for key stakeholders
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to data entry workflows, validation rules, and CRM usage standards
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or sync errors between CRM and connected systems
  • Reporting: Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support marketing, sales, and executive leadership
  • User Enablement: Provide training and support to CRM users; promote best practices in data entry, maintenance, and reporting
  • Data Security & Compliance: Work with IT to ensure data governance, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies

Core Competencies

  • Data Accuracy & Quality Mindset: Strong attention to detail with a passion for clean, structured data
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret trends, spot anomalies, and derive actionable insights from CRM data
  • Collaboration & Communication: Skilled at working cross-functionally and translating technical data needs into business language
  • Systems Thinking: Understands how data flows between systems and anticipates downstream impacts of CRM changes
  • Problem Solving: Proactive and resourceful in identifying issues, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions
  • Process Orientation: Brings consistency and repeatability to workflows with strong documentation habits
  • Change Agility: Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving systems and priorities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (NetSuite preferred; Salesforce or HubSpot considered)
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM data structures, sales and marketing funnels, campaign tracking, and customer segmentation
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and present complex data in a clear and meaningful way
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating across departments to support systems and data initiatives
  • Exposure to AI-powered analytics platforms (e.g., Eisengard AI) or interest in leveraging machine learning to drive business insights
  • Understanding of data privacy, compliance requirements, and best practices in CRM governance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
