As our CRM Database Assistant, you’ll be supporting our database growth, ensuring smooth day-to-day running, and supporting on delivering insights that help shape our marketing strategy.

• Database Growth: Assist in the development and execution of strategies to expand the EMJ database, including organic growth and paid initiatives.
• Database Management: Support the day-to-day database management, helping to keep data clean, optimise retention, and ensure processes run smoothly.
• Be Our HubSpot Support: Assist HubSpot operations by helping maintain database accuracy, assist with data workflows, and help to improve customer journey processes.
• Data Insight & Reporting: track key performance metrics, and support with insights and recommendations for optimisation
