Key Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of the organizational CRM system (Zoho CRM preferred) — from configuration and maintenance to process improvement and user adoption Lead implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects for information systems across the organization Design and build automated business processes using automation platforms such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, Workato, or Marketo — including building complex, multi-step flows from scratch Map, analyze, and automate cross-departmental workflows, translating business needs into scalable automated solutions Work extensively with APIs and system integrations — including designing, testing, and maintaining API connections using Postman, writing and interpreting JSON-based API definitions, and working with REST API structures Define and configure API schemas, payloads, and authentication flows to support seamless data exchange between systems Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specification documents Write and maintain SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and operational support Lead cross-organizational projects, collaborating with end users, vendors, and development teams Provide ongoing user support, training, and continuous UX improvement across systems Requirements Requirements 4–5 years of experience in one or more of the following backgrounds: MIS / Information Systems, Project Management, or Industrial Engineering & Management Proven experience implementing CRM systems — a significant advantage for Zoho CRM experience Hands-on experience building and managing automated workflows on platforms such as Make, Zapier, Workato, or Marketo — not just using them, but architecting processes on top of them Strong proficiency with Postman for API testing, monitoring, and debugging Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON structures, and API configuration — including defining endpoints, payloads, headers, and authentication methods Experience with APIs and system integrations across multiple platforms Strong SQL skills and ability to work with databases Experience managing technology projects — an advantage Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
