Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

Ergo are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (7+ years) to join our Enterprise Financial Services client based in Dublin 2 . This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM professional who has extensive hands-on experience designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 8.2 (on-premise) , coupled with strong skills in .NET, SQL Server, and API integration .

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement core CRM modules, customisations, plugins, and integrations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with key systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SSRS, and internal APIs.
  • Configure, design, and optimise CRM Data Models , Security Models , and client-side customisations using JavaScript/TypeScript .
  • Develop and maintain C# Web APIs , ensuring seamless CRM interaction and business logic execution.
  • Deliver high-quality code following Agile development methodologies, including writing and executing unit and integration tests .
  • Optimise CRM performance , adhering to Microsoft best practices and ensuring a stable production environment.
  • Contribute to financial and regulatory data collection system development leveraging CRM, .NET, and SQL Server.
  • Support release cycles, multiple CRM solutions management, and coordinate technical documentation.
