Description

Many good reasons speak for Miele. Since its founding in 1899, Miele has lived by its brand promise "Immer besser" (Forever Better). This means: We do everything we can to be "Immer besser" (Forever Better) than all other providers and to become "Immer besser" (Forever Better) than we already are. For our customers, this means the reassuring certainty that they have made a good decision with Miele – probably one for life. And we make this same promise to our employees. We are looking for you, a team player with a hands-on mentality, to join us in becoming "Immer besser" (Forever Better).

We are looking to expand our Digital Marketing & CRM team and are seeking a (Senior) CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to start immediately.

As part of the Digital Marketing & CRM team, you will further develop the digital brand experience of the Miele brand – true to our motto: Immer Besser (Always Better).

The Digital Marketing & CRM Team DACH is responsible for the strategic and operational management of CRM, the Miele loyalty program, performance marketing, SEA, SEO, and the management of the country-specific websites for Miele in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The team's goal is to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all digital touchpoints through data-driven measures and cross-channel campaigns.

This is the task:

  • You will further develop the CRM, Miele Club loyalty program and email marketing for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, both conceptually and operationally.
  • You will work closely with your CRM colleagues in Germany and Switzerland, coordinate with the Head of Digital Marketing DACH, and drive CRM forward in the DACH region.
  • You are fully responsible: from conceptual development and ensuring compliance with data protection guidelines to writing newsletters.
  • To activate Miele Club members, you plan and implement measures both online and offline.
  • Working closely with Sales, E-Commerce, the global CRM team and internal marketing departments, you will develop and manage national CRM and email marketing campaigns to build long-term customer relationships and support sales.
  • Using CRM data and web analytics, you analyze customer behavior, derive optimization potential , and develop segmentations for targeted communication.
  • You plan personalized communication measures for different target groups and implement them via suitable online and offline channels.
  • Together with the Digital Marketing, Category Management, E-Commerce and Sales teams, you ensure a coordinated customer journey.
  • You regularly evaluate the performance of campaigns, derive concrete recommendations for action , and continuously develop measures further.
  • In coordination with external agencies and internal contacts, you will manage projects and ensure timely completion.
  • You ensure compliance with data protection regulations, carefully maintain CRM data, and take on the associated administrative tasks.

This convinces us:

  • You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration and have several years of professional experience in CRM.
  • You have experience with loyalty programs; experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • You can work confidently with CRM systems, newsletter tools, and Google Analytics or similar analysis tools, and you'll quickly find your way around them.
  • You enjoy analyzing data and can derive concrete measures from it to improve our customer communication.
  • Even under time pressure, you work in a structured manner, make pragmatic decisions, and keep the most important levers in mind.
  • You communicate clearly with different departments and external partners, enjoy working in a team, and reliably advance projects.

Our range:

  • A friendly working atmosphere in an excellent family business.
  • A structured and comprehensive introduction to your area of responsibility.
  • Home office option available; your work-life balance is important to us.
  • Community: With us, you are part of a dedicated team, from young to experienced, where cohesion and a good dose of humor come first.
