ABOUT YOU: We are looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist who is eager to transform our donor campaigns and communications, aiming to inspire, engage, and drive audiences to action.
You are a collaborative team player adept at juggling various projects, priorities, and deadlines. You have an impeccable eye for detail, and you like to plan, create, and analyze.

SUPPORTING THE OPTIMIZATION OF THE WEBSITE USER EXPERIENCE :

Supporting Digital team with website content and design updates to ensure information and resources are kept up-to-date, accurate, and optimised for the user experience.
Owning the optimization of the end-to-end email user journey by improving website user experience and leverage analytics to optimize conversions on landing pages.
Liaising with key internal stakeholders to inform planning and curating content in collaboration with Content & Communications team.

CORE KNOWLEDGE + SKILLS:

Demonstrated experience in formulating and executing on email marketing strategy including segmentations, personalization, automation, a/b testing, and optimizing email layout + content.
Proficient in CRM/email marketing platforms, CMS for web pages, and audience databases.
Excellent project management alongside strong communication skills.
Knowledge of principles that contribute to effective user experiences.
Qualifications
A degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field from an accredited post-secondary institution.
Five years of experience in roles encompassing email marketing, digital marketing, enhancing user experiences, and coordinating projects.
Characterized by a rapid learning ability, adaptability, and a positive and passionate approach to both life and work.
Pay Range: $68,000 - $84,500

Responsibilities:

Developing and executing comprehensive email marketing strategy and programs :
Creating and maintaining the email marketing schedule and content calendar, integrating fundraising activities and major events.
Developing and refining audience segmentation strategies to boost engagement and conversion rates by leveraging CRM insights for more effective tailored campaigns.
Formulating strategies to acquire new donors, aligning with the organization’s goals.
Identifying automation opportunities in data and systems to support innovative programs.
Overseeing the complete lifecycle of email campaigns, from creative design and copywriting to deployment testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
Adopting a continuous improvement mindset in campaign development, including hypothesis creation, and conducting consistent A/B testing for valuable insights.
Conducting performance reviews through weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Ensuring email database cleanliness through adherence to industry standards and collaborative internal practices.
Keeping abreast of email marketing regulations and best practices across North America (including CASL) and internationally (including GDPR).
