TO SEED YOUR FUTURE, YOU’VE GOT THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • You have a strong ability to understand the vegetable seed industry’s unique dynamics and business processes.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of CRM principles and data management with several years of CRM experience; Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
  • You are familiar with agile principles and tools like JIRA; experience in writing acceptance criteria.
  • You are an excellent communicator with a collaborative spirit, experienced in working across diverse, interdisciplinary teams.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • You have background in email marketing and automation, emphasizing segmentation and personalization.
  • You are self-motivated, have an independent way of working, and the ability to think in multilayers.
  • You are a team player with commitment and enthusiasm for following the latest trends and benchmarks in CRM and automation, and you enjoy identifying opportunities.
  • You have got a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Economics or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • You will drive the design, implementation and global adoption of new Salesforce functionalities.
  • You will offer ongoing support, conduct training, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal Salesforce performance.
  • You will coordinate and perform testing to guarantee reliable, effective implementations.
  • You will oversee the integration of various interfaces with our expert teams, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • You will create and launch (standard) campaigns and automations in Marketing Cloud, overseeing their deployment across all regions.
  • You will analyse CRM data to propose new, standardized campaign tactics.
