Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven CRM Executive Intern to support customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle communication. You will work closely with the CRM Manager to build and execute campaigns across multiple channels and ensure timely, error-free delivery. Job Type : Internship Duration : 4 months Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore | On-site Key Responsibilities Execute CRM campaigns across Push, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, In-App & RCS Build behavioral segments & funnel-based cohorts Assist in lifecycle journeys (activation → retention → reactivation) Track CTR, conversion & funnel metrics Run A/B tests & optimize campaign performance Coordinate with content, product & analytics teams What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle operations. Proficiency in CRM tools like MoEngage or CleverTap (mandatory). Experience in managing SMS, Push Notifications, E-mail, WhatsApp, and RCS campaigns. Basic understanding of segmentation, funnels, and campaign analytics. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel. Immediate joiners / short notice preferred. Mandatory: Proficiency in written and spoken Hindi and English.
