Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The CRM Executive will be managing the building and sending of BBC email marketing campaigns and editorial newsletters including setting up new templates and automated emails, identifying target audiences, validating quality and compliance and reporting on key metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute a high-volume, high-quality workload in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Build, QA, and deploy multiple editorial email newsletters weekly using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with journalists to ensure high editorial standards for each email sent.
  • Compile relevant content and assets with stakeholders, managing expectations and schedules.
  • Analyse email performance and present recommendations to CRM and editorial teams.
  • Support CMS for email deployment and platform administration, including marketing and promotion emails.
  • Implement A/B testing and best practices for deliverability and email rendering.

    • Maintain and segment subscriber data, manage internal audience cross-promotion, and configure marketing automation campaigns.
