WHY BE A CRM EXECUTIVE AT THG BEAUTY?

The CRM Executive will be supporting on the email strategy for their appointed THG beauty brands, the creation of emails, creative excellence, commercial relevancy and customer journey. You will be planning, briefing, building, and scheduling emails including daily BAU sends, workflows, and Auto emails. You will be working collaboratively across a variety of teams (such as CRM, eCommerce, design, and brand teams) to execute the email strategy. Off the back of the email sends you will be reviewing performance, always looking for new ways to improve the customer journey and optimising performance

As CRM Executive, you’ll:

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day planning, creation and build out of email marketing campaigns with the view of increasing customer retention.
  • Support creative development, we’re looking for people that care about the details and ensure the brands are represented in each email.
  • Work with the CRM team and trading teams to identify trends and opportunities with the goal to optimise email performance metrics: open, click through, conversion rates, Retention rates & LTV
  • Plan campaigns and customer offers out ahead of time, work with brand teams to execute global campaign activity and ecommerce team for localised email sends
  • Work on project lead tasks to support the overarching CRM strategy.
  • Work with trading teams to ensure all key trading moments are well planned for email and executed correctly working closely with the brand team, to create engaging emails ensuring a seamless user journey.
  • Work with the brand and design teams to ensure emails are on brand and in-line with email best practice
  • Proactively plan ahead to ensure key stakeholders promotions and activations are given appropriate visibility across the email channel
  • Be comfortable running monthly or bi-weekly meetings with key stakeholders along with speaking and reporting in weekly trade meetings.
