Our CRM team is vital to creating engaging, on-brand experiences for our players. Sitting at the heart of Marketing & Commercial, you’ll work closely with Acquisition, Creative, Community, and Product teams to ensure our bingo promotions land perfectly, drive player engagement, and keep the fun rolling for new and existing players alike.
KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
CRM Experience: Previous experience in a CRM or marketing role is beneficial, ideally within the online gambling or e-commerce sectors.
Content Creation: Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content across various communication channels.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, promo systems, and reporting platforms. Experience with email marketing platforms or similar tools is advantageous.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail when building promotions, writing content, and ensuring flawless campaign execution.
Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively with teams, particularly the Lifecycle and Bingo Promo teams, to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and campaign details clearly.
ABOUT THE ROLE: CRM EXECUTIVE – BINGO PROMOTIONS
As CRM Executive: Bingo Promotions, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing bingo promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including email, onsite messaging, push notifications, and SMS. You’ll help make sure every player touchpoint feels rewarding, timely, and true to our brand personality, while meeting clear commercial and engagement goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution: Implement CRM campaigns aligned with player lifecycle and segment, ensuring personalization and relevance.
Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content for player communications (e.g., email, SMS, push notifications) to foster engagement.
Promotion Building: Partner with the lifecycle and bingo promo teams to create and launch promotions using the promo tool, ensuring accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Lifecycle Team to design and deliver campaigns that resonate with players and enhance their experience.
Reporting: Support campaign performance tracking and report on key metrics to ensure objectives are met.
Optimization: Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements based on performance data and player feedback.
