Description
Execute CRM campaigns as per given instructions. Setup of content for E-Mail, SMS and Paid Social Campaigns. Ensure full tracking of executed campaigns. Assisting the CRM Manager in the day to day coordination with other departments. Generate Weekly & Monthly Sales reports requested. Liaise with various stakeholders to help creating meaningful reports on Campaign Performance. Calling customers every day for MSI survey (Sales & Service) Achieve 80% successful calls from MSI Sales as target. Prepare monthly MSI Sales report Handling & communicate with customers problems and complaints. Prepare fact sheet for CRM suppliers – Approval & sending LPO to supplier. Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
Responsibilities
The CRM Executive will execute CRM campaigns, set up content for various channels, and ensure tracking of campaigns. They will also assist the CRM Manager with coordination and generate sales reports.
