Description
We are looking for a CRM Executive to support the execution and optimization of CRM campaigns through the Insider platform. This role will work closely with the CRM team to manage customer segmentation, campaign automation, personalization, and user journey optimization across email, web push, and onsite experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in data analysis, marketing automation, and customer experience design. Responsibilities of a CRM Executive but are not limited to Build and execute CRM campaigns using the Insider platform (Email, Web Push, Onsite, SMS). Assist in setting up automated customer journeys including welcome flows, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, and re-engagement campaigns. Ensure campaigns are scheduled and delivered accurately according to marketing timelines. Create and manage audience segments based on behavior, engagement, and purchase history. Analyze customer data to identify target audiences and campaign opportunities. Maintain and update customer attributes and data structure within the CRM system. Support data uploads, data validation, and troubleshooting CRM data issues. Implement personalized experiences on-site and in CRM communications. Work with designers to ensure CRM assets align with UI/UX best practices. Optimize customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion. Monitor campaign performance including open rate, click-through rate, conversion, and revenue attribution. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve CRM campaigns. Assist in A/B testing to optimize campaign performance. Work closely with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to align CRM campaigns with business goals. Coordinate with external CRM vendors or platforms (e.g., Insider support) when necessary. Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Insider, Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) Basic understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing Familiarity with data handling (Excel, Google Sheets, CSV uploads) Basic knowledge of UX principles for email and web personalization Experience working with design teams on marketing assets SQL or data analysis knowledge Experience with A/B testing tools Knowledge of HTML for email Experience with eCommerce CRM campaigns
