We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist (CRM) to manage front desk operations and customer relationship activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling visitor inquiries, maintaining customer records, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally. Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries. Maintain and update customer data in CRM software.
