As a CRM Executive in our Marketing & Digital team, you’ll be responsible for creating a strategy that enhances the relationship between the customer and the business, driving Customer Lifetime Value.
Our Travis Perkins Group Digital & Marketing team tend to have an aptitude for creative and analytical subjects: including experience in development, management, execution and reporting of all CRM campaigns and we hope you will too.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the CRM Manager in the creation and execution of customer acquisition, conversion, growth, retention and reactivation campaigns.
  • Apply GDPR best practise in all campaigns
  • Use appropriate Marketing Technology to deliver personalised marketing campaigns (example is Bloomreach)
  • Use data to drive marketing activity along all parts of the customer journey
  • Work with other marketing and digital colleagues to develop new customer acquisition campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service stakeholders to identify areas to improve the customer experience
    With your strong motivational and influencing skills, you will be working alongside the CRM Manager on diverse projects, where you will be utilising your current marketing experience in email marketing and customer data management . Your drive for delivering excellent service will also be key to ensuring success for our marketing projects and our own business strategy.
