REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong experience in CRM setup & customization (especially SuiteCRM, EspoCRM, Yetiforce, or similar).
• API integration skills (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with SaaS white-label configurations.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of subscription and user management systems.

• UI/UX adjustments with HTML/CSS for brand customization.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a technically skilled CRM Integration Specialist who can take a pre-built modular CRM platform, integrate it with our automation and KYC segments, add our proprietary lead search functionality, and package it as a white-labeled Organix SaaS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Select a white-label-ready CRM platform (open-source like SuiteCRM, Yetiforce, EspoCRM, or low-cost SaaS like Flowlu, HighLevel, or Bitrix24).
• Configure CRM core modules (contacts, deals, pipelines, tasks).
• Integrate KYC/AML API services (e.g., Sumsub, Onfido) into the onboarding flow.
• Connect automation & lead-gen tools (Apollo, Instantly, Zapier/Make, Google Workspace).
• Create Organix-branded templates for workflows, emails, and landing pages.
• Set up subscription management (Stripe, Paddle) and seat-based access.
• Configure white-label branding (logo, colours, domains, emails).
• Optimize for scalability and resale as a SaaS product.
• Provide documentation for internal use and resale onboarding.
