• Work very closely with all departments (Product, Tech, Copy Writers, Designers, etc). Microsoft 365.Understanding of the CRM Channels (Push Notifications, Emails, InApps, Weblayers & WhatsApp). Understanding of HTML/CSS.Knowledge of CRM Dashboards (MailChimp, Moengage, Bloomreach, Oracle, IBM, etc).
• Customer Journey & Marketing.
