Job Description Working in collaboration with retail tean and under the authority of the Retail Manager, the CRM Coordinator will drive customer engagement and optimize CRM performance. Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring high standards of data integrity an accuracy. Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. Analyze customer data to generate insights that support sales initiatives. Monitor CRM system performance and recommend enhancements to improves efficiency and functionality. Callaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation. Qualifications To be success in this role, we are looking for a candidate who brings a strong client - centric mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and passion for delivering outstanding luxury experience. 3 + years experience in CRM department. Strong motivational skills Excellent written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus. Ability to handle a complex, multifaced role under preassure.
