Job Description Building a CRM strategy and managing a CRM plan for different locations Planning segmentation and CRM activities Running tests and analyzing their results to increase player activity and retention Managing, initiating, and facilitating meetings with the CRM team Developing bonus mechanics and campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness Controlling and working with metrics: ATPU, RR, BR, DAU/MAU, Conversion by type of communication Presenting CRM activities progress, experiment results, and impact on product performance to stakeholders Compiling and maintaining reports with CRM activity results. Qualifications 2+ years in CRM management within the iGaming industry, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships Experience in building communication flows using various communication channels. Proactive & Initiative: You take charge and are ready to lead projects to successful completion Data-Driven: You make decisions based on metrics and KPIs, leveraging data for insights Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate with various teams and clients, crafting clear and compelling messages Customer Understanding: You deeply analyze customer needs and behavior to develop personalized offerings Creative Problem Solver: You find innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and retention Adaptable: You quickly respond to market changes and are ready for new challenges Market Analyst: You research trends and competitors to refine CRM strategies and products English: B2+ Ukrainian: would be a plus Additional Information Hybrid work that lets you craft the perfect work-life balance.
