Description

The Loyalty Manager will collaborate with the Marketing Director to provide support with the daily functions of all email, loyalty, CRM and digital marketing needs.
This position is a full-time, exempt position, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary to meet business needs on occasion.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years exclusively in loyalty/email/CRM marketing at Company or Digital Agency, preferably with a Restaurant brand

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience with Punchh Loyalty and CRM is highly desirable
  • Proficient with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or Constant Contact
  • Creative mindset who can work with the creative team to develop engaging content for emails
  • Ability to manage and prioritize various tasks and on-going projects
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and should be self-motivated
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ethical work standards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing and delivering loyalty program goals, including acquisition, development, and retention by identifying opportunities to optimize tactics and drive participation.
  • Utilize platform dashboards, data analytics tools and customer insights to track program & segment performance, evaluate effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop strategic vision for loyalty at Newk’s Eatery and curate customer experiences that deliver against the marketing strategy to drive awareness, trial, and frequency of brand.
  • Partner with loyalty team to build seamless customer journeys to support the digital and loyalty goals of the organization.
  • Accountable for managing the loyalty roadmap and attaining program KPIs which include sustained database growth, technology advancements in partnership with IT, and proven incremental revenue growth among loyal and new guests.
  • Collaborate with the extended marketing, operations, and IT teams, to ensure seamless integration of the loyalty program with existing systems and processes.
  • Partner with our external loyalty partner (Punchh) to set up, test and execute campaigns, while fully optimizing platform capabilities to attain digital goals and drive the overall success of the loyalty program.
  • Oversee the execution of the marketing calendar across CRM channels, including Email, Loyalty, Text and Web Marketing.
  • Create the strategy and execute email marketing campaigns to be sent to eClub and Loyalty segments of restaurant guests.
  • Manage, execute, and optimize Punchh CRM/Loyalty program, including creating detailed segmentation strategies and interpreting data to implement complex Customer Journeys
  • Manage brand websites and backend CMS (Storyblok), updating core content as needed, and working with Director of Marketing to optimize performance metrics and the user experience
  • Coordinate with in-house staff to manage the production of email and website graphics and other technical elements.
  • Create, test and execute email coupon promotions, offer codes, and redeemables via Loyalty Platform.
  • Track email and loyalty KPIs and coordinate with Digital Marketing Director on reporting needs.
  • Manage and execute SMS/Text program including scheduling, testing and automation implementation
  • Work with larger marketing team to facilitate best-in-class restaurant marketing programs
  • Promotes the company’s mission, vision, and values
  • Other job duties assigned as needed
