Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO As a CRM & Loyalty Specialist, you’ll strengthen customer relationships and drive sales by ensuring a customer insight-driven loyalty and CRM function in Region Central Europe. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience and grow member engagement. You will: Drive the loyalty program and support omni-channel acquisition and retention plans Grow member engagement and lifetime value using global CRM and loyalty strategies Support regional initiatives including benefits, services, and external partnerships Coordinate loyalty activities such as program rollouts and in-store education Act as the regional point of contact for loyalty, sharing insights and KPIs WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll be part of the Customer Activation & Marketing team, collaborating closely with global and regional CRM & Loyalty colleagues to integrate membership into holistic planning and deliver on KPIs. Your work connects with Paid Media and Performance Media teams, as well as external media agencies, to align full-funnel communications and optimize investments for acquisition and retention. Beyond marketing, you’ll partner with Sales and Omni/Merchandising to link loyalty activations to commercial plans, and with Digital, Site, Content, and PR teams to embed membership into campaigns and on-site experiences. You’ll also work with Business Control on budgets and ROI, and with Store Operations to roll out programs and train teams, ensuring technical enablers like OSOM drive member recruitment. Together with production agencies and external partners, you’ll create compelling benefits and collaborations that strengthen customer engagement across all touchpoints.
