We have been tinkering away with automation flows in Klaviyo for a while now, and we send emails out fairly regularly to our community, but it’s just not the same as having a proper CRM manager at the helm.
So we’re looking for someone who knows how to grow customer lifetime value like the back of their hand. Preferably with time served in an e-commerce environment where the main focus is on engaging customers, building community, and finding genuine reasons to keep folks coming back time and time again!
