Job Title: CRM Manager Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office) Reporting To: Associate Director – Retention & Product Department: Retention Level: L5 Type: Full-Time About the Role: We’re looking for a CRM Manager to lead the lifecycle marketing strategy across our key user segments (e.g., Puja, Chadhawa, Astro). You’ll own the entire CRM funnel — from onboarding to reactivation — with a strong focus on retention, engagement, and repeat usage. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a small team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to scale CRM impact and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive CRM strategy for different business verticals. Lead execution across Push, SMS, WhatsApp, and Email campaigns. Manage and mentor CRM executives/specialists. Build lifecycle marketing journeys — onboarding, engagement, reactivation. Monitor and report performance metrics (DAU, WAU, re-engagement, conversions). Create CRM dashboards, track OKRs, and drive continuous improvements. Collaborate closely with product, growth, content, and data teams. Key Deliverables: Increase in repeat user retention and revenue through CRM. Optimized user journeys across the CRM funnel. Strong and scalable CRM processes and execution frameworks. What We’re Looking For: 4–6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention. Hands-on experience with campaign tools and analytics platforms. Ability to lead and coach a small team.
