Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Manager to oversee and enhance our customer relationship management strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our CRM system, improving customer engagement, and driving sales performance through data-driven insights and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and lead conversion.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer communication and engagement.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Automate workflows and campaigns to improve efficiency and lead nurturing.
  • Monitor CRM performance and suggest improvements based on key metrics.
  • Train and support the team in utilizing CRM tools effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
