Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Manager to oversee and enhance our customer relationship management strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our CRM system, improving customer engagement, and driving sales performance through data-driven insights and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and lead conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
