The Role: As a Campaign Manager, you play a central role in shaping and optimizing the player experience within Betty Canada’s Live Ops team. You will design, execute, and analyze campaigns that drive retention, engagement, and monetization - ensuring every touchpoint feels rewarding, timely, and player-focused. By combining data insights, player behavior understanding, and competitive awareness, you will help deliver a best-in-class player experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and steer a promotion strategy that harmonizes player expectations with business objectives Lead day-to-day execution of offers, campaigns, and live events, ensuring strong performance against targets Drive the tactical implementation and rollout of campaigns, journeys, communication and product feature support in line with quarterly plans Lead A/B and multivariate tests to optimize retention, engagement, and monetisation Tailor promotions to deliver the right message, to the right segment, at the right time Collaborate with Product and LiveOps teams to innovate on personalization, segmentation, feature development and automation capabilities. Work closely with the Head of LiveOps to align strategy, report results, and share insights with the wider team. Share learnings, propose improvements, and bring a test-and-learn culture to daily operations. Requirements: Strong knowledge of the online entertainment industry (online casino/social games/mobile games) Robust analytical skills with a data-first mindset, prioritizing metrics-driven approaches to decision-making. Comfortable taking calculated risks and effectively communicating lessons. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - able to express ideas clearly and consider multiple perspectives.
